Robert Half Quality Assurance Analyst in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
Description
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our products and services. You will work closely with development teams to design, implement, and execute test cases to identify defects, verify functionality, and ensure optimal user experiences. As part of the QA team, you will help maintain high-quality standards and contribute to the overall success of our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate product functionality and performance.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
Identify, report, and track defects in a clear and concise manner, ensuring timely resolution.
Perform manual and automated testing on web and mobile applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Conduct regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure consistent product behavior across releases.
Work with cross-functional teams to analyze root causes of defects and recommend improvements to the development process.
Document and maintain detailed test results, test cases, and defect reports.
Stay up-to-date with emerging testing methodologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the QA process.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing techniques.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress).
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Bugzilla).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot defects effectively.
Experience with web and mobile testing, including cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility testing.
Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate effectively with developers and other team members.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
