Description

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist in Fruitland, Idaho. This role will primarily involve managing accounts payable tasks, participating in special projects assigned by the controller, and utilizing accounting software systems such as Sage 100 ERP and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Execute accounts payable tasks efficiently and accurately

• Participate in special projects assigned by controllers

• Utilize accounting software systems, such as Sage 100 ERP and Microsoft Excel, for various tasks

• Maintain a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices

• Apply intermediate Excel skills to manage and analyze data

• Perform other accounting functions as required

• Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks

• Manage billing functions and check processing

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are expected.

• A thorough understanding of Accounting Functions is crucial.

• Experience managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed.

• Familiarity with Billing Functions is required.
