Project Manager

Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr. Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr. Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, The Original Donut Shop Coffee, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core Hydration, Canada Dry, Mott’s, and Schweppes. We aim to help grow KDP’s iconic and refreshing brands with equally iconic and refreshing creative communications and experiences.

This role is primary focused on supporting packing graphics production and delivery. Experience supporting Packaging or print projects and production, or a solid understanding of the print production process, is recommended but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Autonomously be able to establish schedules and manage to milestones, including project kickoffs, internal creative reviews and handoffs between internal and external partners.

• Anticipate and respond to shifts in priorities, tasks, resources and/or requirements on an on-going basis

• Utilize established agency tools for managing workflow, timetables, scopes and budgets

• Work closely with Creative and Production teams to ensure responsibilities are being transferred seamlessly from Project Management to Production when appropriate

• Build and nurture brand and internal project team relationships

• Take personal responsibility to complete high-quality projects on time and on budget

• Communicate quickly and effectively in individual conversations, meetings, and written communication

• Create weekly status reports for all projects managed

• Drive project and tasks to completion

• Uphold processes and procedures around scheduling, task management, and documentation

• Other duties as assigned

• Escalate blockers and at-risk deliverables to appropriate forums in a timely manager to provide transparency and secure help with mitigating where needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years experience in Project Management in a creative environment. Agency experience and knowledge across multiple media/asset types a plus.

• Clear understanding of project scope

• Effective timeline management

• Expense management of the project

• Effective, clear communication

• Stakeholder management on how projects are progressing

• Ability to assign tasks and monitor activities

• Drive to deliver top quality
