Description We are in search of a Sr. Accountant to become part of our Metal Fabrication team based in Fridley, Minnesota. As a Sr. Accountant, your primary role will be to support financial operations by managing customer accounts, analyzing financial data, and ensuring precise financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and analyze financial data to ascertain trends, opportunities, and risks.

• Contribute to the month-end close activities and annual budgeting processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine forecasts and gather relevant data.

• Utilize business intelligence tools to facilitate actionable insights for senior management.

• Develop and monitor financial forecasts, and identify variances, risks, and opportunities.

• Build and maintain complex financial models to assess pricing strategies and overall profitability.

• Prepare comprehensive reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Execute ad hoc financial analyses to inform strategic initiatives.

• Support accounting to ensure precise and timely financial reporting.

• Analyze potential investments and recommend courses of action. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Metal Fabrication industry

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations

• Demonstrated expertise in managing General Ledger and Journal Entries

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are required

• Experience with Month End Close procedures is essential

• Working knowledge of Sage Intacct is a must
