Staffmark Fixed Asset Accountant in Fridley, Minnesota
Large manufacturer located in Fridley, MN seeking a Fixed Asset Accountant for a 6 month project role! The Fixed Asset Accountant role will focus on getting all fixed asset records up to date from the past 3 years. This role will work a hybrid schedule, with the expectation to be onsite at least 1x per week in Fridley, MN. Responsibilities will include: Entering new assets purchased in the last 3 years into the software and setup depreciation schedules. Reviewing asset valuations and performing revaluations as needed. Removing assets that have been fully depreciated. Documenting all processes related to fixed asset management. Generating reports for use in preparing tax documents. Training current Accounting staff on using the SAGE software for all aspects of fixed asset management.
