SALARY: $4,126 - $5,015/month

The Property Maintenance Worker is instrumental in performing maintenance and repair work on the City's 250+ properties which include City Hall, police stations, fire stations, parks, community centers, etc. Incumbents perform semi-skilled and skilled work related to operation, plumbing, minor electrical, minor maintenance of heating and AC equipment, carpentry, painting, cement work, and general maintenance work. Duties also may include maintenance of PARCS facilities, greenspaces, and splash pads.
Multiple vacancies currently exist within the City of Fresno.
Immediate and future vacancies in various departments will be filled from this eligible list for a period of three (3) months from the date the eligible list is created, with the option of extending that period at the City's discretion. Should the competitive process be suspended for this recruitment, the eligibility list may be limited to three (3) months.

3% Salary Increase, effective June 17, 2024
2% Salary Increase, effective December 30, 2024
