Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for updating and monitoring a preventative maintenance program, relieving and covering maintenance department vacations, coordinating day-to-day preventative maintenance requirements, and ensuring proficiency in all maintenance tasks. The role includes establishing parts ordering requirements, developing maintenance-related training schedules, assisting in troubleshooting and repairs, analyzing malfunctioning machines and systems for necessary repairs, and maintaining a working understanding of plant production processes. The technician will also perform all work in a safe and professional manner, order parts and materials as required, and maintain professional dress and personal appearance.

Work Environment
The work environment requires flexibility to work all shifts and weekends in 9 - 10 hour days within a food manufacturing, sanitary environment. Candidates must be open to placement in shifts where there is the best fit.
