We are looking to hire SEVERAL Industrial Maintenance Technicians II to work at a large Distribution Center in the Fresno area for the LARGEST E-COMMERCE company in the world. JOB TITLE : INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / MECHANIC

PAY RATE : $28.75

LOCATION : Fresno, CA

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical

• Trains employees as needed.

• Provide feedback on tasks in the Preventive Maintenance programs

• Complete assigned PMs and provide feedback on any improvements that might be needed.

• Ability to install and maintain-- photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders

• Mentor technicians by motivating, providing guidance and directions to help them achieve their goals • Develop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization

• Ability to provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance

• Work with teams to complete any additional projects as assigned.

• Completes all safety training as assigned by the Company.

• Compliance with all safety programs, policies and procedures.

• Perform additional duties/assignments that may be required by management from time to time.
