We are currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic that will fulfill the responsibilities and achieve the objectives assigned from the Maintenance Foreman and other members of management. Job Duties:

• The qualified Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing, and repairing malfunction of plant equipment, systems, and machines.
• Maintain and repair all production equipment: pumps, pasteurizers, high pressure pumps, evaporators, stills, valves, etc.
• Maintain and repair all support equipment: boiler, air-compressor, ammonia compressors, thermal storage units, condensers, vacuum pumps, ammonia refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, conductivity meters, fluid meters, etc.
• Handling of chemicals for support equipment operation.
• Fabrication and manufacturing of equipment for production needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Requires 5 years of working experience as a Maintenance Mechanic
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to work All Shifts/OT and weekends required.

Due to the broad range of necessary skills needed, we will provide on-the-job training to career minded candidates who possess knowledge/experience in THREE or MORE of the areas listed below.

• Must have 480 volt, 3-phase electrical experience. Troubleshooting 3-phase motor starters and motor control circuits.
• Instrumental experience
• Welding experience; MIG and TIG
• Machine shop and pump repair experience.
• Fabrication experience is required; a Fabricator Journeyman is strongly preferred.
