Join our team as a skilled Maintenance Mechanic, where you'll be responsible for the preventative and emergency maintenance of a range of production machinery, equipment, and facility systems. This role is ideal for an experienced mechanic with a strong background in 3-phase electrical work, hydraulic systems, and the upkeep of both heavy and precision equipment.

salary: $41,600 - $50,700 per year

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Servicing forklifts

• 3 Phase Electrical experience

• Performing preventative and emergency maintenance on production machinery/equipment/compressors.

• Mitsubishi Laser cutting machine

• Chillers

• Forklifts (Propane and Diesel engines)

• Press brakes

• Hydraulic motors

• Blast booth (steel Grit, augers, bucket elevators)

• Welding machines

• Jib cranes/Hoists

• Powder coating Ovens

• Plate burning table

• Tube Benders

• Plate rollers

• Angle rollers

• Compressors

• Electrical panels (460 Volt three phase)

• Electrical Panels (110 Volts single phase)

• Small tool repairs

• Needs to be able to keep up with PM paperwork.

• We have contracts with third party service companies for our lasers and the maintenance mechanic will work with the service company on routine service.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
