HVAC Technician

Job Description

Responsible for quality repairs, refurbishment, check-in, and modification of all modular buildings and their HVAC systems.

Essential Skills

• Experience in HVAC installation and servicing.

• Knowledgeable and skilled in the use of hand and power tools.

• Ability to perform maintenance tasks using hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Construction and maintenance experience.

• Dedicated and inquisitive nature.

• Skilled construction candidate.

• Ability to read a measuring tape.

• Experience in framing, carpentry and plumbing.

Work Environment

This job involves physical demands such as walking, standing, bending, stretching, and using hands and fingers to hold, grasp, push, and lift items up to 60 pounds. Must be willing to work weekends, with a typical shift starting at 7 AM. Currently, the overtime shift is from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, but normal hours are from 7 AM to 3:30 PM. The work environment includes covered work areas in the yard where modular offices are repaired and prepared for rental.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fresno, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00
