As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to perform various administrative and clerical tasks that support office operations, serve as a backup for reception and other administrative personnel and provide clerical assistance in the administration of arbitration and mediation cases in accordance with the rules and procedures of the AAA. The successful applicant will work from our Fresno, CA office. This expectation for this position is 100% onsite. In addition to a competitive salary range of $43,500 - $45,000 per year, we offer a 7.5% quarterly incentive opportunity to reward your hard work.

Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries promptly; anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve problems; ensure unresolved and complex issues are escalated to management
Answer and direct phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors; provide information to visitors and clients
Generate and send correspondence
Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Make travel arrangements for executives, such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations
Collaborate with Corporate Services and IS Departments to repair and maintain office equipment
Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
Assist with the organization, maintenance, and submission of documentation and business records; liaise with office staff, AAA corporate office, outside parties, and vendors
Maintain office supply inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and tracking orders
Provide clerical support on the management of arbitration and mediation cases in accordance with AAA rules and procedures
Demonstrate regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
Attend on-site and in-person meetings and training sessions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma/GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience
0-2 years of experience in an administrative support capacity
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and creating and managing spreadsheets and databases
Ability to read and interpret legal files, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Mathematical skills, including the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and interpret statistical reports and financial data
