As the Senior Project Manager, you will be a part of the Neurovascular PMO Business Excellence team focused on managing business process improvement & business transformation projects such as ERP implementation, new process and technology implementation projects, process improvement projects. This role requires a proven leader who will collaborate effectively across all functions, regions and other divisions and regions, has strong influencing skills, has ability to build a strong business case and can build consensus and drive change, with an ability to lead and motivate global cross-functional teams. This role is hybrid, working 3 days per week in the office, at our Fremont, CA office.

What you will do
Lead the team in the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control project. Develop strong business case and evaluate tradeoffs within project.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage and own project scope. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure.
Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart. Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones. Own the project schedule
Collaborate with cross-functional managers to define project budget. Monitor and maintain costs within budget.
Partner with project team to create project Quality Plans using 2-3 quality planning tools and techniques. Monitor and maintain plans.
Develop a risk management plan for the project. Identify, analyze, and understand project risks; develop and monitor a risk response plan.
Estimate, acquire and assign cross functional project resources. Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member. Provide direct feedback to functional manager on performance reviews.
Develop a Stakeholder management plan for the project, based on the identification, analysis and understanding of Stakeholder expectations.
What you need
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 6 years of work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Lean Certification
Experience in a regulated industry, preferably medical device
Experience in project management methodology preferably across both business & IT areas
Experience delivering an ERP, major business-system, or leading large-scale transformational projects or programs.
$127,400.00 - $210,100.00 USD salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
