Job Description

We have 4 production technician, including one for the day shift, two for the swing shift, and one for the night shift. Additionally, we have one inspector position available for the day shift. The role involves working with/around chemicals on a daily basis, processing parts using both chemical and manual cleaning methods, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the assigned process area. This position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs consistently, and working in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Stand for long periods of time.

• Lift up to 40 lbs on a consistent basis.

• Work with hazardous chemicals daily.

• Process parts using both chemical and manual cleaning methods.

• Perform daily organization and upkeep of the assigned process area.

• Work in a cleanroom environment.

• Participate in and adhere to the safety program and complete various trainings.

• Maintain high degree of safety and environmental awareness through safe work habits.

• Attend monthly safety meetings and training programs.

• Handle hazardous chemicals correctly, including safe use and disposal.

Essential Skills

• Manufacturing process experience.

• Chemical handling experience.

• Production line experience.

• Semiconductor manufacturing experience.

• Ability to take SPC measurements and log data.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in parts cleaning and coating technologies is desired.

• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

• Exceptional skill in organizing tasks and managing time efficiently.

• Ability to report achieved task goals.

• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Work Environment

This role involves working in a cleanroom environment with hazardous chemicals such as hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetone, isopropyl, bleach, ammonia, and caustic soda. Shifts available are Day (6am-2:30pm), Swing (2pm-10:30pm), and Grave (10pm-6am).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FREMONT, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
