Our client, a global, research-driven pharmaceutical focusing on treatment options for rare diseases and conditions is looking for a Logistics Associate to join their team!

Location: Fremont, CA

Shift: 1st Shift (Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM)

Pay: $26.50 - $28.50/hr.

Job Responsibilities :

• Accurately pick, pack, stage, scale, and load customer orders for internal/external movement using RF guns and other warehouse equipment.

• Monitor and maintain adequate inventory supplies and notify the Coach when supplies need to be ordered.

• Assist with cleaning and light maintenance to uphold high standards of housekeeping and prepare for internal/external audits.

• Actively participate in company training programs for Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), safety programs, and policies.

• Participate in departmental meetings, performance centers, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Perform daily cycle counts in assigned areas using RF guns and assist in reconciling discrepancies with Inventory Control.

• Operate industrial material handling equipment, including Pallet Jacks, Shrink Wrappers, Strapping Machines, and Conveyors.

• Follow written and verbal instructions from management and peers, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records, both hard-copy and electronic, for inventory and operational processes.

• Promote a safe working environment and comply with safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Qualifications :

• Education : High School diploma or GED.

• Experience : 2 years of experience in a GMP warehouse environment.

• Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as Pallet Jacks and Shrink Wrappers.

Physical Demands :

• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

• Frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds with assistance.

Additional Skills (Preferred) :

• Familiarity with MS Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel).

• Experience with SAP or equivalent systems.

• Familiarity with inventory control systems and performing cycle counts.
