Job Title: Lab Technician
Looking for a candidate with high analytical experience. Chemistry preferred.
Job Description
Assists in developing and validating testing methodology used to control raw materials, production intermediates, and final products. Helps establish, validate, and document new or existing compound identification methods. May conduct testing of analytical samples for the laboratory area, separation and characterization of protein drug candidates, formulation development, peptide mapping, and other analytical methods of development. Conducts work in compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements. May provide analysis and evaluation of material and products at all stages of the development process. This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education, or training. The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making.
Responsibilities
Develop and validate testing methodologies to control raw materials, production intermediates, and final products.
Establish, validate, and document new or existing compound identification methods.
Conduct testing of analytical samples for the laboratory area.
Perform separation and characterization of protein drug candidates.
Assist in formulation development and peptide mapping.
Utilize various analytical methods of development.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Provide analysis and evaluation of materials and products throughout the development process.

Work Environment
The work environment involves working within well-defined procedures that may include a variety of work routines. Tasks will be carried out in a laboratory setting, with a focus on maintaining compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role requires a good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, and systems used in the lab, which can be acquired through job-related training and significant on-the-job experience.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
