Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cost controls and strictly lead all aspects of expenditures for the account

• Plan and develop all menus with a sharp focus on detail and innovation

• Purchase and manage inventory, ensuring flawless stock levels

• Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams

• Uphold all safety and sanitation standards to maintain a world-class dining experience

• Lead and mentor a team of associates, encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Culinary degree preferred

• Three to five years of proven culinary management experience

• Experience in managing large production operations is required

• Previous experience managing cost controls and budgets

• Ambitious with a desire to learn and grow within an excellent foodservice company

• Ability to compete in a fast-paced environment and successfully implement new initiatives
