The Inside Service Sales Specialist (d/f/m) for Cytiva is responsible for supporting the full selling process of the entire service product range to existing customers.

This position is part of the Equipment Service Sales Organization, will be an on site role either at our facility Freiburg or Dreieich. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

  • Support securing and developing commercial service activities in the assigned sales area, with strong focus on conclusion and maintaining of service agreements, service contracts, sale of spare parts, sale of services

  • Support the complete sales process including complex commercial negotiations with customers on site, if necessary correspondence in a foreign language

  • Close coordination with Field Service Sales Specialists, Account Managers, , service technicians and other specialist sales teams in the field in order to achieve the best possible solution for the customer and to optimally exploit sales potential

  • support forecast sales and growth opportunities within designated territory, using sales tools and applications

Who you are:

  • Successful completed commercial training including several years of experience in selling services, preferably for customers from the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry or several years of experience as a customer service employee in the life sciences environment

  • Experience including proven track record of selling services and managing service contracts, preferably for clients in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries

  • Strong influencing, interpersonal, networking, and communication skills to drive collaborative culture.

  • Self-starter - able to manage time, organize and prioritize workload

  • Excellent oral presentation and technical writing skills in German and English.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Already deeper understanding of Biopharma and Life Science customers’ needs and business drivers, using this knowledge to develop account plans and strategies

  • Experience working in a matrix environment and managing multiple priorities through successful execution
