Under the direction of the Workforce Development and Talent Strategy Manager, as the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you are a consultative recruiter of outstanding talent. You are a trusted partner with site leadership and hiring managers, understanding their business and talent needs, ensuring the timely presentation of high- quality talent. Leveraging your critical thinking and influencing skills, you will provide effective resolution of complex and challenging situations. You are the owner of the overall candidate care and hiring manager experience.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, You Create Chemistry By...

Capitalizing on your progressive and impact-based interviewing and assessment skills, your consultative and influential partnership with hiring leaders coupled with your strong application of market intelligence in your development of recruitment strategies and your extensive sourcing and social media networking experience, you will….

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with the site/business goals and talent needs. This will involve understanding the requirements of various positions, identifying target candidate profiles, and determining the most suitable sourcing channels.

• Utilize various methods to identify and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques. You should have a strong knowledge of different sourcing strategies and be able to engage with passive candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.

• Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. This will include reviewing resumes, conducting phone or video interviews, and administering assessments or tests. You should possess strong interviewing and evaluation skills to identify the most suitable candidates for further consideration.

• Maintaining effective communication and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This involves coordinating interviews, providing timely feedback, and managing candidate expectations. It is required that you possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills to establish rapport with candidates and ensure a smooth and engaging recruitment experience.

• Collaborate with the Workforce Development and Talent Strategy Manager and the communication team to enhance the organization's employer brand and develop targeted talent strategies. This may include helping with compelling job descriptions, managing social media presence, and representing the organization at career fairs or industry events. You should be knowledgeable about current trends in employer branding and talent attraction techniques.

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts. This will include monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be expected to generate reports and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes.

• Be expected to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition. This may include participating in professional development activities, attending conferences, and networking with peers to enhance knowledge and skills.

• Challenge and educate hiring managers on talent assessment and assumptions and business/talent hiring risks

• Drive synergy between talent acquisition and talent management strategies to identify deeper cross-fertilization of employee talent information.

If you have...

• Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related discipline.

• Minimum of two plus (2) years in recruitment, hiring, talent strategy development and execution, or related experiences.

• Demonstrate ability to communicate (verbal and written), interact, and influence with all levels including production technicians, staff associates, managers, and leaders.

• Be detail oriented with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Knowledgeable of state and federal employment/labor laws and practices

• While the position is allowed to work a hybrid schedule, your physical presence, and accessibility on site for a minimum of 3 days every work week is required.

• Experience at an operations/manufacturing site and working in a matrix environment.
