DYNMCDERMOTT PETROLEUM Manager Site Maintenance in FREEPORT, Texas
Manages site maintenance personnel through first line supervisors in areas of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control, and general maintenance. Manage site GSA vehicles to meet requirements set forth by DOE. Manage to ensure maintenance is performed in a safe, secure, and environmentally compliant manner by prioritizes maintenance activities and allocating resources accordingly. Manages all Level of Effort (LOE) site maintenance activities to include oversight of maintenance subcontracts.(SMTR) Establishes and manages the site maintenance budget through reviews and approve of site procurement of goods and services from the site maintenance department budget. Assist in the develop and achieve operational goals and objectives consistent with company missions, policies, and priorities. (MPAR, WADS, etc) Participate in activities assigned by management that improve company performance and position in the market. (VPP, Malcolm Baldridge, BST, etc) Participate in design review meetings
REQUIRED: Associate degree in a technical discipline or industrial engineering plus Five years? experience in Maintenance Management/Supervision OR Certified journeyman craftsman with a HS Diploma and a minimum of 10 years craft experience of which 5 years in maintenance supervision is required
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES: This position requires that the incumbent maintain a security clearance
