Description
We are on the search for an AA/Office Manager to join our client's team in the Freehold, New Jersey area. As an integral part of our financial services team, you will be responsible for various office management tasks, client communication, and system adjustments.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the office by ensuring smooth operations and providing support to the team.
• Handling client communication professionally and efficiently.
• Assisting in the creation of new client accounts.
• Responsible for making necessary modifications in the system as required.
• Collaborating with the team to build effective workflows.
• Overseeing account transfers with meticulous attention to detail.
• Contributing to the financial management of clients by providing prudent advice and creating tailored portfolio strategies.
• Utilizing your skills in management, finance, and accounting entries to enhance business operations.
• Offering support directly to the owner to facilitate decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations effectively
• High level of discretion and confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the role.
• Demonstrated experience in a management role, with a solid understanding of office operations and procedures
• Strong grasp of finance principles, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Proficiency in handling accounting entries, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and financial statement preparation
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team coordination and motivation
• Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite and accounting software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
