Maintenance Helper, Fredonia. Part time with the possibility of going full time. Pucci Properties is looking for a Maintenance Helper to do property/apartment maintenance. Willing to train. Maintenance Helper will do minor plumbing, change outlets, install appliances, paint, some light carpentry, landscaping, and cleaning. Pay rate is $15-$20 per hour depending on experience and skill.
