Job Title: Testing Technician/Assembler
Job Description
We are looking for an assembler to perform electrical and mechanical assembly of military sensors. The role involves using hand and power tools, cutting wire down to size, and conducting table assembly.
Responsibilities
Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of military sensors
Use hand and power tools on phone-sized sensors
Cut wire down to size
Conduct table assembly of components
Test assembled equipment
Essential Skills
Soldering experience REQUIRED
Experience in production and assembly
Proficiency in electrical and mechanical assembly
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
Ability to use hand tools and power tools
Familiarity with blueprints and mechanical schematics
General labor skills in wiring and electrical assembly
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in putting together small components
Testing equipment
Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled, almost lab-like environment. The office setting is very quiet and involves table assembly.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
