BUNZL Pricing Administrator in Frederick, Colorado

TSN, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Pricing Administrator for our location in Frederick, CO. The Pricing Administrator is responsible for evaluating, processing and reconciling cost changes. This position will update and manage the timing of price changes, along with resolving price discrepancies. This position will also partner with the Vendor Contract Administrator as needed.

The Pricing Administrator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of prices to include maintaining and updating prices on a regular basis for the business in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update regularly pricing history database

  • Ensure suitable pricing is logged in a timely manner

  • Prioritize and stimulate all identified actions to execution

  • Conduct analysis as well as implement all price changes

  • Help customer service and team members resolve pricing discrepancies

  • Coordinate external and internal communication of entire pricing and item changes

  • Develop and maintain relations with sales and customer service as required

  • Contacting customers regarding outstanding account balances

  • Review and reconcile customer short pays

  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, internal and external

  • Maintain documented records with precision

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred

  • Minimum 2 years experience in general accounting

  • Strong problem solving, analytical and investigation skills

  • Ability to multi-task projects, establish priorities, work independently and organize effectively

  • Must be detail oriented, strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work under pressure

  • Communication skills to include Advanced /Expert Microsoft Excel (Smartsheet), Word and Outlook; AS400 experience is a plus

  • Must be aware of various business etiquette to deal with coworkers and customers

  • Require office experience in a professional environment, preferably foodservice industry

  • Motivated self-starter with the interpersonal skills required to work with others in a collaborative environment

  • Comfortable learning new systems; quick learner

Salary range: $24-$30/hr. based on experience, education, and geographic location.
