Fraser Villa, a member of Trinity Health , is seeking a Nurse Managers for our community in Fraser, MI.

Afternoon Hours 4pm -12pm or 5pm-1pm

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise nursing personnel, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Collaborate with other departments to meet residents’ total care needs.

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives to enhance nursing services.

• Administer medications and treatments in line with established protocols.

• Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges with accurate documentation.

• Conduct daily rounds to maintain nursing standards and performance.

What You Bring:

• Nursing Degree or graduation from an approved LPN or RN program.

• Active RN or LPN license in Michigan and current CPR certification.

• Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
