JOB REQUIREMENTS: Design Engineer Drewco Corporation Franksville, WI Drewco Corporation is a 75-year-old workholding company. We are a growing company with a strong customer service orientation and a great culture. We design and build workholding and tooling for most major manufacturers, across a wide range of industries including the automotive, agriculture, mining, defense, and the gear industry. Near interstate 94 South of Milwaukee, WI. This position is a great opportunity for someone to work directly with top management in a growing company with interesting customers and projects. We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual to join our engineering team. This is a cross-cultural team including engineering, manufacturing, and marketing. Key Accountabilities Work directly with customers to determine workholding project requirements Create proposal drawings and make presentations to customers Produce design layout, assemblies, and detailed component 3D drawings Calculate dimensions, clearances, and tolerances (GD&T) Prepare bill of materials and other documents necessary for the release of the drawings Check the accuracy of the work produced by self and others Project management Position Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering 2+ years of experience Proficiency in SolidWorks Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications The ability to effectively work in a team environment.
