Summary of Position:
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a contact center environment. Your role will involve:
Remote Troubleshooting: Addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues using remote access tools.
Comprehensive Support: Providing assistance for Windows 10/11, Office 365, laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and various applications.
Customer Interaction: Handling an average of 25 interactions per day via phone and chat, serving as the single point of contact for over 20,000 supported staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and general networking to resolve issues efficiently.
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver top-notch support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as first contact resolution, quality, and adherence to schedule.
What We’re Looking For:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Windows, Active Directory, and remote support tools like ServiceNow and Zendesk.
Experience: Previous experience in a service desk or help desk environment, with strong phone and chat support skills.
Typing Proficiency: Excellent typing skills to handle customer interactions swiftly and accurately.
