How you will make history here... The Stockroom Coordinator maintains maintenance spare parts inventory, orders parts, stocks shelves, and maintains inventory records and reports. This role is responsible for the majority of OGS buyer tasks with a focus on supplier functions and contract agreements. What you will do... oOrders maintenance parts as they are used from inventory. Updates the computerized inventory. oCounts, sorts, or weighs incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoices. Updates the computerized inventory. oExamines stock to verify conformance to specifications. oStores articles in bins, on floor, or on shelves, according to identifying information such as style, size, or type of material. oTakes end of period inventory and performs weekly cycle counting. oCompiles reports on use of stock handling equipment, adjustments of inventory counts and stock records, damage to stock, location changes, and refusal of shipments. oMarks identifying codes, figures, or letters on articles. oDetermines methods of storage, identification, and stock location, considering temperature, humidity, height and weight limits, turnover, floor loading capacities, and required space. oUtilizes Oracle ERP procurement system workflows to process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders within established customer service guidelines. oManages the procurement process from requisition to product or service receipt and successfully resolve problems with delivery, supply, service, payment and purchase...
