We are hiring a Database Admin (SQL) to join our team in Milwaukee, WI (hybrid).

Description:

• Focused on SQL Server databases

• Support database systems through analysis, planning, design, development, implementation, and upgrades

• Establish architectural and engineering best practices

• Focus on database environment security

• Implement new features

• Automate database activities

• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of SQL Server databases

• Automate scripts using PowerShell, Ansible, and other tools

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements

Experience Needed:

• Experience with SQL queries, including but not limited to SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE commands.

• Understanding of joins, indexes, and simple data modeling

• Understanding of database schemas, tables, and relationships.

• Familiarity with popular databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.

• Exposure to scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or Ansible

This is a hybrid position in Milwaukee, WI
