Community Health Systems Service Delivery Coordinator – Business Analyst (Remote) in Franklin, Tennessee

Community Health Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to join our growing data team. This pivotal role will act as the primary interface between stakeholders and our data engineers, analysts, and other team members. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of incoming requests, gathering requirements, and delivering exceptional service to a wide range of stakeholders.
As the orchestrator of all incoming data-related requests and a key point of communication for the team, your contributions will directly influence the efficiency and success of our data operations.

Essential Functions:
Request Intake and Triage: Evaluate incoming data requests, prioritize them based on urgency and scope, and assign tasks to data engineers and analysts accordingly.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs, translate business requirements into actionable deliverables, and ensure alignment with the data team's objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for data requests and projects, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
Status Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of their requests and projects, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
Resource Forecasting: Monitor team capacity and forecast demand for data resources to optimize workload distribution and project timelines.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Project Management, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, project management, or similar role.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with data engineering and data analytics teams.
Experience working with Jira or a similar platform.
Experience with Agile.
Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
Experience with demand forecasting and resource planning using Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, or a similar tool.
Familiarity with SQL.
Familiarity with Google data products such as Cloud Composer, BigQuery, or Looker Studio.
Preferred Certifications and Skills:
Business Analytics and Project Management certifications
CSM, CSPO, or other Agile / Scrum certifications
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, and Slides).
Familiarity with Google Chat or similar productivity tools such as Microsoft Teams or Slack.
Proficiency with email and scheduling tools such as Gmail or Outlook.
