TEKsystems Oracle Functional Supply Chain Consultant in Franklin, Tennessee

Description:

The SCM Functional Analyst will implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion & EDI Supply Chain Management modules to streamline and control all aspects of Supply Chain activities.

Requirements:

Three (3) or more years in Oracle Fusion SCM or FIN modules

Three (3) or more years of configuration and support experience in Oracle Fusion SCM or FIN modules

Minimum One (1) year of Oracle EDI experience including onboarding suppliers

Oracle Fusion SCM or FIN Module integration experience in at least 2 of the following; Cost Accounting, Accounts Payable/Expense Modules, Procurement, Supply Chain Execution/Costing, Contracting, BPA, Contract Management, Sourcing, and Inventory

Trading Partner Acceleration experience (TPA) and with GHX

Excellent insight and practical knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP and the various Oracle products and services.

Strong computer skills including experience with Google Suite

Education: Associate’s Degree from an accredited university

Additional Skills & QualificationsAbout the Opportunity:

Oracle Fusion SCM or FIN Module integration

RVS and CVR management

Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions around SCM

Collaborate with users to identify gaps, capture and map business requirements to Oracle ERP Cloud functionality, and development of solutions.

Configure Oracle ERP Cloud to meet Business Requirements

Perform and Lead Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in SCM modules

Production support on day-to-day Finance functions and engaging with business SMEs.

Managing and prioritizing tickets from users with problem management and root cause analysis by providing application and technical support and engaging Oracle Support if needed.

Manage all Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Cloud operations to coordinate and complete any Administration tasks.

Works with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.

Monitors and communicates system performance metrics

Change Management: Collaborate with change management teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems or process changes. Develop training materials, user guides, and communication plans to facilitate the transition.
