As the Manager of Endpoint Client Management Engineering, you will lead a team which is responsible for provisioning, integrating and daily operation of critical systems used to support the organization. Working alongside software, network, infrastructure, security, and cloud engineers, your team will provide support to end users and day-to-day operations and maintenance of Citizens client endpoint systems.
Primary responsibilities include
Lead a team of systems engineers; offering guidance, leadership and ensuring proper resource allocation in order to ensure superior technological support to Citizens colleagues.
Monitor and ensure high availability and acceptable levels of performance of infrastructure components and mission critical resources such as operating systems, endpoint agents, utilities, etc.
Forecast system demands; when appropriate, recommend upgrades, expansion and/or reconfiguration to ensure ongoing accessibility.
Maintain and ensure enterprise endpoint protection and security software’s such as Antivirus, AntiSpam and Antispyware; identify and manage attack surfaces; ensure cybersecurity best practices are in place.
Conduct reviews and technical inspections in coordination with cybersecurity teams to identify and mitigate potential security weakness; ensure all security features applied to a system are implemented and functional.
Provide Tier III troubleshooting support to the IT organization.
Coordinate efforts to create knowledge articles, trainings, and badges in the team's area of discipline.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree with relevant work experience.
8+ years working experience in client endpoint management supporting an enterprise environment.
Strong leadership and team building experience with the mindset of acting as a player/coach. This is a hands on technical position with leadership/team management responsibilities as well.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills throughout the entire organization, up to and including the C-Suite.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5 Eastern Time

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $ 112,000 - $ 168,000 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
