Description
Our client in Franklin, KY, is seeking a Sr. Accountant onsite for a temporary role. As a crucial member of the team, you will be tasked with a variety of accounting duties, including managing Accounts Payable and Receivable using SAP ECC, handling automatic payment processing, and managing month-end close procedures. This role has the potential for contract to permanent employment.
Responsibilities:
• Handle accounting tasks, primarily focusing on Accounts Payable and Receivable, using SAP ECC system.
• Manage automatic payment processing in SAP to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Oversee the process of month-end closing, ensuring all transactions are completed and reported correctly.
• Prepare journal entries, making sure they are accurate and up-to-date.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
• Conduct account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data.
Requirements
• Strong Experience in using SAP is mandatory
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Profound knowledge of General Ledger management
• Ability to prepare accurate Journal Entries
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for accounting operations
• Familiarity with Month End Close processes
