The Role

This VP of Enterprise Business Operations and Systems Transformation role has responsibility for the planning and execution of initiative improvements that make an impact within the operational functions of the company, program and project management, incubation of new products/solutions, methods and procedures and DevOps. This role provides visibility across senior executive’s scope of responsibility to enable better decision making, identify key focus areas, and track progress of top initiatives aligned with regional, functional, and corporate objectives as defined by senior leadership.

This position will employ cross functional matrix management skills for processes, systems, and tools, reporting up to the Vice President, Enterprise PMO.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Plan and prioritize imperatives matching business goals.

  • Defines / Owns / Communicates tools roadmap for Enterprise team in conjunction with IT function

  • Owns the Demand Management function prioritization and implementation of all IT work coming from Enterprise Operations

  • Owns all Enterprise wide reporting that monitors and communicates status, including KPIs and leading indicators from a financial and operational perspective.

  • Owner of the process improvement across all Enterprise organization leading to efficiency across the Enterprise team and partners

  • Responsible for the Agile delivery of the Squads initiatives that tackles specific Enterprise Operations process gaps

  • Drive effective portfolio, program, project, and resource management practices for results-focused rigor.

  • Engage with teams, leadership and other stakeholders on project portfolio performance and management; provide regular status updates.

  • Foster culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery, utilizing best practices and process to improve competencies and develop people.

  • Acts as a critical advisor to the business unit leader and subsequent leadership team in progressing key objectives and identifying and solving challenges.

  • Develop key messages and create presentations on behalf of senior leaders by representing and communicating the priorities of leadership across the entire organization.

  • Be an integral part of the leadership team to define the long-term strategy, translate the strategy into specific requirements for operations, and proactively develop capabilities and personnel within the operations group.

  • Develop and present strategic initiatives that drive innovation and value to vendor partners in order to decrease service cycle times & drive cost optimization.

  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores.

  • Inspire customer focus by creating an organization-wide culture of customer success.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience (including tools roadmap definition and implementation)

  • 5+ years of leadership experience.

  • Process improvement experience desired (e.g. 6 Sigma, Kaizen)

  • Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad range of executives and constituencies.

  • Results oriented with a demonstrated track record of success.

  • Experience liaising with multiple operational contacts at executive and management levels.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$167,580 - $223,440 in these states: AR ID KY LA ME MS NE SC SD

$176,400 - $235,200 in these states: AL AZ FL GA IA IN KS MO MT ND NM OH OK PA TN UT VT WI WV WY

$185,220 - $246,960 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$194,040 - $258,720 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
