About the Role

The Solutions Manager leads a team of business analysts and solutions owners that build client solutions based on client and candidate requirements. This position has ownership over the teams that design these custom solutions and works with the business development, software development and implementation teams to execute the design and delivery.

This is a full-time permanent role, with flexible hours around core office availability Monday to Friday. The role can be performed remotely, with occasional travel for meetings, events and workshops.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own the client solutions end to end process and work with internal stakeholders on process improvement, efficiency, and delivery effectiveness.

  • Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to work and communicate product enhancements with clients and manage client solutions roadmap.

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the features and capabilities of all of PSI’s solution stack.

  • Strong and disciplined process for managing client requirements gathering and ability to train team on process.

  • Manage multiple projects and fulfil project requests, working cross functionally with the business, product, PMO and software development teams to meet deadlines.

  • Lead, build and motivate team of solutions consultants and business analysts to achieve KPIs, etc.

  • Work cross-functionally with other teams (marketing, finance, operations, sales, etc.) to aid in communicating and detail on commercially related customer value, investment and profitability.

  • Work closely with Products team to help craft and align client/bespoke versus product enhancements.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in delivering client solutions in an account management, client services or client solutions role, preferably in an enterprise-scale cloud environment.

  • Education to Bachelor’s degree level, preferably in a business or technical field. MA or MBA a plus.

  • Experience providing demos and executing as an active part of the sales process

  • Experience in customer requirements gathering with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Experience managing and motivating teams toward goals, KPIs, etc. and strong decision-making and prioritization skills.

  • Experience determining processes to produce accurate LOEs and thorough business requirements gathering experience.

  • Demonstrated project management skills over multiple projects
