About the Role:

As a Program Analyst (HC & Cloud Screening), you will assist in the maintenance of services provided to clients.

This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform all service level agreement support changes. Coordinate the event & root cause investigation process.

  • Contribute to the Headcount Tracking program. Manage weekly meetings and databases.

  • Assist with the routine enforcement of all Quality Management Services.

  • Partake in the integration and routine oversight of the client's stated requirements. Partner with the client's internal team members.

  • Support company and client agendas. Evaluate continuous improvement effectiveness, and rhythm of business activities.

  • Manage new employees onboarding and offboarding programs globally.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

  • Impact the quality of own work. Ability to write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, etc.

Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive approach.

Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Program Analyst position is $72,500 and the maximum salary for the Program Analyst position is $80,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
