The EDB GTM Enablement team works to define, manage, and measure go to market motions for EDB Postgres AI, the industry’s leading data and AI platform powered by Postgres.
The Director of Revenue/GTM Enablement will build a world class sales and partner enablement program that ensures field teams are equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to effectively engage customers and close deals. In today’s rapidly evolving data and AI landscape, the Director of GTM Enablement ensures that the entire go-to-market strategy is seamless, from product development to customer acquisition. They will be accountable for measuring and proving sales effectiveness and ROI of enablement programs, and iterating enablement strategy in real time, based on learnings.
Your impact will be :
Market Analysis: Conducting in-depth research on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform go-to-market strategies.
Sales Training: Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for sales teams, ensuring they are well-versed in product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Content Creation: Creating, curating, and managing sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and product demos that resonate with the target audience.
Communication: Acting as a liaison between product development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and clear communication across departments.
Performance Metrics: Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives and sales enablement programs.
Feedback Loop: Gathering and analyzing feedback from sales teams to continuously refine and improve training materials and strategies.
Sales Support: Providing ongoing support to sales teams through regular coaching, troubleshooting, and making necessary adjustments to enablement strategies.
Customer Engagement: Assisting sales teams in crafting personalized messaging and outreach strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive pipeline growth.
What you will bring :
At least 8 years in sales enablement, business development, or related roles, at high growth technology companies.
Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and leadership buy-in on strategic initiatives.
Experience leading teams to drive successful, measurable enablement outcomes.
Proven record of owning impactful training programs that enhance sales team performance.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges that may hinder sales team performance.
Experience with sales methodologies, processes, tools and technologies.
Excited about data and strong experience assessing business metrics.
High ownership: You won’t be satisfied until every GTM function achieves their potential.
Outstanding verbal and written communicator: You make the complex simple.
Scrappy and entrepreneurial: You enjoy building and iterating, and don’t mind getting messy.
Knowledge of data, AI and/or cloud technologies.
Comp Range (DOE/Location): $190-220k max base + 15% annual variable bonus + equity
