Oracle Director, Integration Architect in Frankfort, Kentucky

Job Description

This Director role manages all Support Integration Architects for the Federal Domain. This includes managing a group of 10 Senior IA’s that will continue to grow as the VA program continues its rollout. This position will is responsible for: technical support escalations, supporting domain testing events, managing on call major incident events, domain refreshes, purge compliance, solution compliance, event management activities, flashes, obligation management, package management, content tracking and management, VAMC level performance management, technical projects and for the overall performance of the domain. This leader will help set and prioritize goals for the team and for the EHR domain. The position will frequently present to DOD and VA leadership addressing issues and putting plans in place to resolve technical support items.

Responsibilities

The Director will be responsible for all aspects of the respective US Client Relations organization, including the direction of department managers and their staff. A large component of this job is to translate departmental goals into performance objectives for each line manager and measure departmental and individual performance against plan. To accomplish this goal, you will jointly develop and implement an employee development plan for each line manager and recommend strategies for improvement areas. Your role will also include first line approval for salary and bonus recommendations as well as approving all personnel decisions (including hiring, promotion, transfer, compensation, and disciplinary action).

10+ years of experience relevant to this position including 5 years of consulting experience. Direct line management experience including people, customer relationship and financial management preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the practice focus. Ability to travel as needed.
