Job Description:

The Client Solutions Manager will report to the Director of Client Solutions, working collaboratively and cross-functionally with Sales, Client Operations, Analytics, Technology, and members of the Leadership team. This individual will serve as the lead for high-profile and custom programs and serve as a subject matter expert internally and externally.

The Client Solutions Manager should have strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, exceptional communication skills, experience analyzing data and providing insights, and an understanding of the pharmaceutical marketing landscape.

This role is 100% remote with minimal travel for client meetings and quarterly company meetings. East coast is preferred but not required.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

  • Manage custom Skipta digital programs independently, including technical and operational aspects of such programs, with a focus on superior customer service

  • Work closely with senior team members to master and improve client programs and performance

  • Evaluate programs with a strategic lens and identify areas for improvement; work cross-functionality to optimize program performance and enhance client interactions with precise campaign strategy

  • Consolidate program learnings and creates recommendations to share with Director & Sales

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on matters of campaign execution and educate partners on company services, customizable offerings and effective med/legal/regulatory (MLR) approval strategies that align with brand objectives

  • Assist the Director of Client Solutions in creating strategies for increased client retention

  • Demonstrate leadership qualities daily and be actively engaged with the team; maintain a positive attitude when faced with challenges and solution-focused

Desired Skills and Expertise:

  • Bachelors’ degree

  • 5+ years’ experience working in a client facing or client support role with a proven track record of success managing multi-faced programs

  • Pharmaceutical industry knowledge

  • Digital Marketing knowledge

  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English

  • Self-starter with the ability to understand and set priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and design work plans to track progress, resolve issues, and efficiently and effectively see tasks to completion

  • Medical Legal Review (MLR) submission experience is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with online marketing and marketing analytics

  • Results-driven, able to self-direct and work independently in a virtual work environment

  • Flexible and able to easily adapt to rapidly changing priorities and responsibilities

  • Ability to facilitate communication across lines of business within an organization

  • Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Job Type: Full Time

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
