We are seeking a proactive Project Analyst with 1-5 years of experience to join our clients dynamic team. In this role, you will gather and analyze data, build Power BI reports, and collaborate across Agile teams to support and improve our delivery processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI and Excel, a strong understanding of data and metrics, and excellent communication skills. If you are highly organized, a critical thinker, and thrive in a collaborative, global environment, we'd love to hear from you. This is a contract-to-perm opportunity with a global IT organization.

responsibilities:

We are looking for a forward-thinking, proactive Project Analyst, that can identify operational needs across our portfolio of work and drive to results autonomously. This individual will be responsible for gathering data and building reports to showcase the work our team does, as well as collaborating across the Agile teams to support, execute, and continuously improve our delivery processes, including "run the business" activities. This role is a great opportunity to get visibility across a wide range of business domains.

Minimum Qualifications

· Microsoft Office with deep experience in PowerBI and Excel (required)

· strong understanding of data and metrics

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Critical thinking a skills and being a self-learner

· Highly organized as it relates to operational excellence

Preferred Qualifications

· strong working knowledge of technology

· Understanding of Agile delivery principles
