Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in our non-profit organization located in Framingham, Massachusetts. As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary role will be to manage our database, ensuring the accurate and efficient input of information from various sources.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the process of inputting data from excel and paper files into the organization's database

• Ensure the accuracy of the data entered in the database by paying attention to details

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word effectively for data management tasks

• Organize files systematically for easy retrieval and reference

• Maintain excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries promptly

• Efficiently handle email correspondence related to data entry tasks

• Use 10 Key Skills to perform calculations necessary for data processing

• Ensure all documents are properly scanned and filed in the system

• Maintain a high typing speed for efficient data entry. Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills

• Experience in Customer Service

• Proven ability in Data Entry

• Proficient in Email Correspondence

• Mastery of Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word

• Ability to Organize Files effectively

• Capable of Performing Calculations

• Experience in Scanning documents

• Excellent Typing skills.
