Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Natick, Massachusetts for a Benefits Administrator. This role is vital in our operations team, mainly focusing on providing exceptional customer support. You will play a key role in managing customer inquiries and ensuring smooth interactions with both customers and manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional support to customers and bolster our operations team

• Manage a high volume of emails and customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

• Confirm and process purchase orders accurately and promptly to provide an excellent customer experience

• Resolve issues effectively and maintain clear communication with customers, manufacturers, and the sales team

• Manage phone calls and messages, ensuring effective communication within the team

• Support team members as required to ensure smooth daily operations

• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask under pressure

• Show proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems, such as MCS

• Display strong written communication skills and a customer-first attitude

• Foster a proactive and collaborative approach to supporting both customers and internal teams Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Benefits Administrator or in a similar role.

• Strong customer service skills and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences.

• Experience in handling inbound telephone calls in a detail oriented and effective manner.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including the ability to create spreadsheets, use formulas, and generate reports.

• Demonstrated ability in creative problem-solving, with a focus on identifying and implementing innovative solutions.

• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and succinctly.

• Experience in email communications, including drafting, proofreading, and responding to emails in a timely manner.

• A deep understanding of how to leverage customer experience insights to improve service delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
