Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

An Associate Manufacturing Technician is responsible for fulfilling manufacturing lab functions, including image reviews, robotic equipment operation, loading and unloading equipment, and packaging products in a controlled manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the daily production schedule for changeovers, reviews, or packaging using manual and automated processes.

  • Follow standard operating procedures and good document practices.

  • Work as an individual and as a team member to ensure all assigned tasks are completed on a daily basis.

  • Understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

  • Communicate status updates to department Leads and Supervisors.

  • May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.

Essential Skills

  • Basic math skills.

  • Ability to understand and carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions.

  • Proficiency in communicating status updates to Leads and Supervisors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years related experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • A college degree is a plus.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to various temperature conditions. The company provides necessary PPE for assigned tasks. Employees will work near or around moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to hazardous chemicals. Noise levels do not exceed OSHA permissible limits, but ear protection is available upon request. The role requires physical activities such as standing, walking, using hands to handle objects, reaching with hands and arms, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Framingham, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $26.50
