Staff Management | SMX Packaging Associate in Frackville, Pennsylvania

Description

Staff Management | SMX is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Associates to join our team. The Packaging Associate will be responsible for manually packaging materials and products, ensuring that they are prepared for shipment in a safe and efficient manner.

  • Weekday Shift: *Monday - Thursday, *7:00am to 5:30pm ($19.00/hour)
  • Weeknight Shift: *Monday - Thursday, *7:00pm to 5:30am ($20.50/hour)
  • *Weekend Day Shift: *Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00am to 7:30pm ($20.50/hour)
  • Weekend Night Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00pm to 7:30am ($21.00/hour)

Effective 10/13/24 - 12/28/24, receive a temporary Peak Incentive of an extra $1.00/hr on top of the listed hourly rates! Ask a recruiter for more details!

Job Responsibilities

  • Manually package materials and products, performing a variety of tasks to meet production goals
  • Receive and sort inventory into different totes
  • Sort, verify, package, label and weigh items into units
  • Use handheld scanners, computers and handheld printers
  • Utilize pick sheet, customer order, work order, shipping order, etc.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols

Associate Requirements
