10769 - Software Engineer I – Digital Platforms
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Junior Software Engineer to support the development, maintenance, and modernization of enterprise web applications, working closely with the HQ software architect for intensive on-the-job training. This role will gain experience in modern web technologies, application performance monitoring, and DevOps practices while contributing to global and regional initiatives for digital platform modernization.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and Maintenance:
Assist in developing and maintaining web applications for Dot.com and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Support legacy web app modernization efforts under mentorship.
Knowledge Transfer and Training:
Work closely with the HQ architect to understand existing architecture and global standards.
Actively participate in mentorship sessions, knowledge-sharing meetings, and technical workshops.
Integration and Collaboration:
Collaborate with local and HQ teams to implement global Consumer Channel Integration (CCI) initiatives.
Assist in database table design, tuning, and troubleshooting.
DevOps and CI/CD Support:
Gain hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Work with AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms for application deployment and monitoring.
Performance Monitoring and Security:
Learn and implement application performance monitoring using AppDynamics, AWS CloudWatch, and Site24x7.
Adhere to web security standards under guidance from the HQ architect.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with web application development and database management.
Basic knowledge of CI/CD processes, AWS, or Azure is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and strong collaboration skills.
Salary range: $69,390 to $90,200
