Description We are offering a long-term contract opportunity for an XSOAR Developer to join our Cybersecurity team based in Fort Worth, Texas. The focus of this role will be to design, develop, and implement automated solutions and custom playbooks to streamline processes and increase efficiency for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automation playbooks using either out-of-the-box or custom integrations and functions.

• Create custom integrations and automate processes using scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.

• Integrate existing technologies with the XSOAR Platform.

• Participate in the design and analysis of security automation architecture.

• Identify and resolve issues related to automation processes or tools.

• Collaborate with other teams such as network engineering and downstream applications to ensure proper integration of automation solutions.

• Catalogue and review identified security automation use cases with stakeholders.

• Lead design sessions for automation use case/playbook.

• Document all processes and procedures related to automation.

• Streamline processes and increase efficiency for our customers by developing innovative solutions. Requirements • Proficiency in XSOAR development and relevant programming languages including JavaScript and Python

• Strong experience with cloud technologies and cyber security best practices

• Ability to troubleshoot and develop solutions for complex technical issues

• Familiarity with laptop hardware and vulnerability analysis

• Knowledge of compliance procedures and security principles

• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Proven ability to review, document, and streamline processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products

• Experience with integration and coding best practices

• Ability to understand and create technical specifications and use cases

• A Plus certification or equivalent experience in IT support is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
