IGLO LLC Technical Sales Manager in Fort Worth, Texas
Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of LED lights. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and customer service. Oversee nationwide sales associates. Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts. Plan and direct hiring of all sales staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs. Direct, coordinate, and review sales and service accounting and record-keeping, as well as shipping and receiving. Direct clerical staff to keep records of export correspondence. Direct sales programs, including sales strategy, ensure technical design being quoted is correct for the customer job being performed, customer follow-up, and contracts. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures its strong presence in the LED light market. Perform recruiting, set objectives, coach and monitor performance of all sales representatives. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team. Identify emerging markets and market shifts, while being fully aware of new products, new LED technology , new technical design specifications, and competitors status in the market.
