Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Engineer (Reliability Analytics). In this role, you will perform as the technical contributor for execution of the metric reporting and degrader analytics process. You will analyze trends, identifying unique operational problems that require technical, procedural, or quality assurance actions to improve system performance. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of being a self-starter, manage time appropriately and have the ability to establish and maintain a library of technical performance metric documentation. Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, aeronautical, industrial, systems engineering.
• Experience in using spreadsheets or databases (MS Excel, Access, HANA, Tableau, or SQL/Oracle)
• Experience with manipulation/analysis of data in spreadsheets.
• Coursework or experience in formal presentation development, PowerPoint construct and delivery.
Desired Skills:
• Advanced experience in using spreadsheets (MS Excel - Equations, Pivot Tables and/or VBA).
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills advantageous.
• Understanding of performance metric measures and readiness reporting techniques.
• Ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy and quick delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required with an ability to address diverse audiences.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
