Who You Are

Global Supply Chain, Subcontract Management, Senior, Skunk Works

What You Will Be Doing

You'll be responsible for:

The management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs.

You'll also Lead & Prepare the following:

Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.

Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Occasional travel could be required 20-25%.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX or Marietta, GA.

Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university

- Experience with schedule, cost, and performance responsibilities

- Experience communicating with program, subcontractors and customers

- Experience with Microsoft suite of management tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc...)

- Cross-functional team leadership

Desired Skills:

- Experience transitioning from design to production

- Experience working within a classified environment

- Proposal experience

- Experience with analyzing and presenting data that effectively demonstrates supplier performance; identify potential risks and opportunities, and work on a cross functional team to mitigate issues

- Experience working with teams and providing clear direction on expectations, deliverables and ensuring completion of those items

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
