Who You Are

Global Supply Chain Manager, for F35 International Co- Production Team

What You Will Be Doing

As a Global Supply Chain Category Management Manager you’ll be responsible for the F-35 International Co-Production Team. As the leader of this team your work scope includes the International Final Assembly and Checkout facilities, Depots, and Co-Producers. Duties include all aspects of the acquisition lifecycle from solicitation to contract execution, supplier management, cross functional engagement with customer programs as well as sustainment program offices.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

TINA and FAR experience

Supply Chain or Program Management Experience

Lead or management experience

Desired Skills:

Experienced to lead coach and mentor other less seasoned employees

Excellent business acumen with the ability to make business based decisions

Demonstrated work experience with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)

Ability to engage supplier senior executives as necessary to resolve issues

Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills

Strong Problem solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

EVMS experience

Clearance Level: None

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
